My name is Nick. I was born in England ( Derby county) and also lived in Australia for 7 years before coming to Japan. I have extensive knowledge working in various business and NGOs and have a strong foundation in Business fundamentals.
I love the Japanese culture and love eating Japanese food like 'Okanomiyaki', 'Yakisoba' and 'Natto'!!! Since coming to Japan I have been able to experience teaching in lot's of companies and enjoyed learning and developing new and exciting styles of teaching.

I am a gregarious and amiable guy. I smile and laugh a lot. I have lived in America, Britain, Germany, Kuwait, and Japan. I hold 2 passports, British and American. I am a native English speaker and am well traveled. I enjoy foreign cultures and meeting new people. I have lived in Japan for about 5 years, 4 of which were spent attending International Christian University (ICU). I recently graduated from ICU, and am eager to give my best in the working world. While growing up, I did theatre plays and broadcasting for a local news station. I like to interact with persons and inspire them. My future goal is to become a university professor. Consequently, teaching English in Japan is not simply a method to pay bills like many other foreigners, but rather stepping into a profession I wish to excel in for the rest of my life.

I am a graduate of Arkansas State University and after graduation, I lived and taught English in Beijing, China for 3 years! In 2016, I've decided to follow my dream and move to Japan.

Since a young age, I have been immensely interested in Asian cultures which led me solo travelling all around Asia; but there is truly no place like Japan. Such a vibrant and exciting place to live!
I have many interests including history, ancient culture, technology, sciences, food and cinema.

My name is Ric and I’m from Sydney Australia. This is my second time living in Japan (I lived in Sapporo before) and I love Japan so much! I also love languages. At university I double majored in Spanish and French and then I did a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics (how people learn languages).
I know learning a language is difficult so my style is very friendly, caring and relaxed.
My hobbies are listening to music, writing novels and spending time with friends (I love my friends).

My name is Chris! I’m from Arkansas, USA. It’s famous for Bill Clinton and rice. Did you know Arkansas makes almost 50% of the rice for the United States?
I came to Tokyo in December 2018. I work as a junior high school English teacher. It’s very fun work. I also work as an Eikaiwa teacher for SSA, it’s very fun to talk to my students and teach them in my special way. I can also teach business English for online communication and working with foreign people.

My name is Chifumi. I was born in Japan, but my parents used to live in the States for a while, so I spent some time with them, living in America, and also visited there many times when I was younger. I was sad that I couldn't speak and understand English so well at that time, so I wanted learn more. I studied English at university and got an English teaching license.
After that, I was lucky enough to live overseas with my husband for sometime, and so feel happy to help our SSA students reach their goals of learning English.
